Issues with computer performance
I've been operating my PC for roughly a year now with various hardware (Ryzen 5 2600x, several GPUs, motherboard setup). For about three months I've faced stability problems. I'm currently running a 4000mhz 1.3v CPU overclock and have experienced crashes where the system freezes briefly and audio loops. These episodes often repeat every few minutes after an initial burst. Occasionally, the machine either crashes with a blue screen or restarts completely. When playing demanding games at full power, my audio and video sometimes cut out while fans run at maximum speed, forcing me to reset it. I'm unsure if this is due to overheating or another issue. My RAM is stable at 2933mhz under load, and I haven't performed any other overclocking attempts. The OS was freshly installed two weeks ago.
The default configuration remains unchanged unless specified otherwise.
Try adjusting your RAM to 3200 first, not 4000. If it doesn’t make sense, you might not have figured out the right setting yet. For the OC, aim for a slight overclock (around 100MHz) and only increase voltage when necessary. It may take some time, but eventually it could be beneficial. If you plan to run above 3200, consider 3466, though I’m not sure it will work.
