you recently added cod cold war and noticed your processor getting limited in many cases. when checking task manager, the usage stays below 60%. i looked into the game settings and found a config option for "thread count for handling the job queue" set to 2. with 8 threads available on my system, changing it improved performance from around 90 fps to 140 fps. however, reverting back to 2 always happens, and changing the file to read-only didn’t make a difference. your specs are an i7-4771 with 16gb ram, 1600mhz, 500gb hdd, and a 1050ti overclocked. note that when you set render resolution to 44% and gpu usage around 50%, the game reports higher cpu time than gpu time.
