Bluetooth appears to be functioning without any issues, with everything updated and drivers working properly. I reached out to MS support twice, explaining that I had reinstalled Windows and performed a full wipe of my PC, but nothing resolved the problem. I checked all diagnostics myself, and both the Windows team and the support staff confirmed no errors were found. It seems there might be a hidden hardware issue. I've tested multiple Bluetooth devices, all of which are compatible with my laptop and iPhone, and even tried removing interference without success. The rest of the PC is operating normally. Help needed.
