Anyone have a chance to assist? I shared this on Stack Exchange: http://blender.stackexchange.com/questio...-mapped-it. It looks like it should be a straightforward issue, but no one has replied yet—remember those talented Blender experts nearby?

Begin with a simple step—enter edit mode, pick the spot for your new texture, open material settings, create a fresh one, click on it and assign. Now each material can hold its own texture... for more than two, just add another material, choose it, and set the desired area. I hope this clarifies things. If you run into issues, just let me know.
