Already completed some work on 566.xx. It was the most stable version prior to the Nvidia 5000 series.
I added another or an older GPU and am currently testing Tarkov.

Did this happen immediately after receiving the card in November? If it began more recently, such as in January, the issue might be linked to the Nvidia 572.xx drivers that are still problematic. If that's the situation, just install 566.36. However, the first 572.xx driver was released in January, so if your problem predates that, it’s probably something else.

The available fixes are exhausted. Proceeding with an attempt to obtain a new PSU as described earlier. If this fails, move on to replacing the GPU.

Yes? The 2070super (my old card) has a TDP of 215. The 4070 Super 220 is fine.

I'm not certain about anything because I'm not an Nvidia engineer, but I wouldn't build a computer with a PSU that's below the minimum recommended wattage. It's more complex than just adding numbers. PSUs have a power efficiency curve, hardware can have spikes in power consumption that exceed their TDP, and new combinations of hardware might draw even more power—like when a GPU is bottlenecked while the CPU does less work than it used to, causing the system to consume more energy overall.
