System details: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X paired with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, ASRock B650 Pro RS G.Skill f5 16g DDR5 x2, NZXT H9 Flow H100i, RGB enabled via ICUE. TLDR: h100i fans and RGB are not functioning. Possible issues? How should I troubleshoot? Hi everyone, this is my first post. I switched from a typical air cooler to an AIO because of room heat. The pump seems working (one pipe hot, other cool), but the fans aren’t detected and there’s no RGB output in the ICUE app. Even after reconfiguring everything, the fans still don’t spin. I’m stuck—what could be wrong and what should I try next?

Confirm all connections are correct. Upgrading the CPU cooler shouldn’t affect temperature—your room will remain just as warm as before, possibly even better.

I noticed the temperature wouldn’t improve much, so I went ahead with the upgrade because I already had the original NZXT h5 case. I’m completely confident all connections are secure.

Join the discussions! Your AIO will actually boost the room temperature since it removes heat more effectively, letting it run faster for extended periods with greater power and producing more warmth. The slight extra effort from the pump suggests your next action should be to disconnect everything, then reconnect it. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, you might need to return it for a replacement or repair.
