Hi Everyone. How can I resolve this problem? In offline mode, when I select it and try to load the game, all my equipment resets and my runes disappear. Switching back to online mode restores everything normally.
Your saves appear connected to your account rather than being stored locally on your PC. Try saving to your computer instead of a server when you log back in online. If that doesn’t work, you may need to use a recovery method similar to what other games offer. After loading your save, disconnect your internet connection. This should prompt the game to save data to your computer.
I've attempted this now. No success. It loads the saved file. However, it reduces my equipment to a minimal state, and all the runes inside disappear.

I save a game while online. Everything works fine—it's where I finished off, everything looks perfect. Then I close the game. Switch Ubisoft to offline. Load the identical file. I'm back in the same place, but my equipment is outdated, and all the items from my gear are missing. The quests remain unchanged, yet my gear is gone.
Hmm. This sounds like a bug that you're not going to be able to fix on your own. That said, I googled it... Found this solution to a related issue - Top comment says manually delete your saves, go into online mode, play a bit and save again so it rewrites the save files, and then try. This would explain it if it was a corrupted save file that was being edited rather than rewritten.
