Hello Community, I recently set up a new PC and noticed some problems with the CPU and Expo or a physical part failing to power on. It sometimes crashes and acts strangely. I’m currently using the default BIOS, with RAM at 4800 MHz. If I turn on EXPO PC, it crashes after a while. I tried setting the speed to 5600 but it didn’t help. Even though RAM tests with Windows built-in tools and Prime95 passed, the issue persists. Eventually, I left the system running and later found it displaying a black screen, failing to POST, and taking a long time to restart. It behaves oddly afterward. Specifics: ASUS PRIME X670-P WIFI (latest BIOS & drivers), Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB (2x16GB), CL36 (CMH32GX5M2E6000Z36), Thermalright Phantom Spirit, 120W ASUS TUF Gaming. Any suggestions on what might be causing this? Thanks!

When boosting RAM speed without using the Expo profile, increase the voltage slightly for better stability.

I adjusted the EXPO profile and lowered the speed to 5600, but the issue persisted with crashes.

the expo profile also changes the timing, consider relaxing it slightly

You're likely facing two problems: the EXPO profile isn't configured correctly, and you're seeing a black screen when using native 12VHPWR. It might help to use the provided adapter instead of a direct 12VHPWR connection. Also, observe the behavior after enabling EXPO—ensure it sets the memory voltage to 1.4V properly, or adjust it if it fluctuates too much.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand the need to adjust voltage and timing settings. I’ll work on that instead of using the default speed of 4800.
