Hey everyone, I'm trying to determine if these problems stem from software or hardware. A friend recently purchased a Dell G15 5511 and it's past warranty. Over the past month, several issues have appeared: fans aren't detecting, the Dell diagnostic tool reports fans missing, keyboard backlight is off, speakers stopped working despite audio levels visible, and the NVIDIA GPU isn't showing up in device manager or software. The motherboard seems to be struggling with peripheral detection. I've attempted a BIOS update and driver reinstallation without success. No replacement parts are available for this model. Any advice would be appreciated!
