I recently purchased a B580 and set it up on my PC, but it wouldn’t boot. After some troubleshooting and switching to a CPU with an integrated graphics card just to access BIOS/Windows, I encountered several error messages and artifacts during driver installation. Could you share any insights into what might be causing this issue?

A faulty card. Still, have to do the normal troubleshooting steps starting with DDU.

Sure, I gave it a shot with DDU, but the card still didn’t work out—probably time to return it.

Of course, you should completely reinstall Windows, reinsert the card, test a different slot (just for troubleshooting), try the card on another PC, reset the CMOS, and update the BIOS. These steps are more complex, so it depends on how much effort you're ready to put in.

I’ve got the newest BIOS, reinitialized the CMOS, re-seated everything, and Windows reset is definitely out of the question. It seems like something about Intel cards caught my attention, but I’m getting the feeling there’s a bigger issue at play.

It’s unlikely anything will stop the card from working properly at all. Just turning off ReBAR shouldn’t cause any issues.
