I installed the amd relive update and now, when I overclock with MSI afterburner, all my screens turn black despite trying to adjust by 1 megahertz. The issue persists, and I don’t like using the amd overdrive tool.

have you removed your old driver before setting up the new one? ?
if not, that might be the issue.
you need to delete your video card driver entirely to install the new one, just use the "Display Driver Uninstaller" which should help.

It might be a glitch from the latest update. Consider rolling back or holding off until the issue is resolved.
