The title clearly summarizes the situation. I start any game and most programs crash, including OBS, ICUE, Steam, etc. CPU performance is 1500x GPU is RTX 2060 with 16 GB RAM on Windows 10 Pro. Appreciate the assistance ahead of time.

This began at a specific time. Your system comes with a particular power supply. Are you running at higher than normal speeds? Is your hardware adequately cooled? Have you attempted to reset the CMOS settings?

Yes, CPU handles 45°C even during gaming and my GPU peaks at 60°C maximum in the games I play.
