This situation has never occurred before; I'm not sure if I'm on the right discussion thread. I just need some assistance. Recently I upgraded my CPU and motherboard. Since then, I've been attempting to play CSGO. Once in a match, within 10 seconds to 5 minutes, I encounter a complete black screen and a repeating audio loop. It then becomes silent, displaying the motherboard splash before the PC restarts. This has occurred seven times so far. The hardware isn't overheating; temperatures remain very stable at 40-50°C. This only happens during CSGO matches. I've played games like TF2, BF4, and Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon without any issues for hours. I believe this might be related to software rather than hardware. I've tried deleting launch options, changing them to (-w 1920 -h 1080), uninstalling and reinstalling the game, checking cache integrity, ensuring my PC is fully powered on, and verifying all connections. My system specs are Intel i5-4690, MSI B85M-P33, Zotac GTX 970, 8GB RAM, HyperX Fury Ram (Single channel), WD Blue 1TB SSD. If anyone can help, that would be really appreciated. I love this game and want to keep playing it. Thanks!

At first glance it looks like a DirectX 9.0 problem since the compatible games are DirectX 11. Try using outdated graphics drivers and check if it resolves the issue. For proper uninstallation of current display drivers before installing a new version, refer to this guide: http://betanews.com/2014/05/12/remove-an...installer/

TF2 runs on DirectX 9, and I’m currently playing it. Just received a notification that my chipset driver installation failed—uncertain if that’s the cause.

Download the latest ACHP driver from the manufacturer's official site and reinstall it on your system.

I just reinstalled all the drivers, restarted my PC, but this time it showed a completely white screen and I had to restart again.
