The problem is clearly indicated by the title: the system powers off during gameplay. No relevant entries appear in the Windows event logs. I’ve run stress tests without issues, both on CPU and GPU, but encountered errors when attempting CPU stress tests with OCCT. I adjusted the BIOS voltage by 0.1 from the auto setting and reinstalled Windows, updating the BIOS and firmware. My hardware specs are i9-10900k with Corsair Dominator RGB DDR4 3200MHz (96GB total). No overclocking is active. The crash seems to occur only in games, with stable temperatures during play and no spikes in usage or temperature.
Sure, I didn't include that. XMP is enabled, and I didn't mention anything about CPU or GPU.
Turn it off, execute the default JDec, check if it resolves the issue. These random glitches usually stem from RAM speeds.
I tried that but it didn’t work. I removed two of the four RAM sticks and it’s stable now with XMP enabled. Great job fixing the memory problem, thanks!
