Some unusual events have occurred with my computer. It took a long time to boot up—about 15 seconds or more. No new software was installed, just a quick gaming session the night before. I ran a Windows update that caused a blue screen at startup. Now it boots normally again, but three SATA drives aren’t being recognized. They’re getting power through the same cable, and fans are spinning fast. My two NVMe drives are still working, though I’ve tried using different SATA ports without any improvement.

Reset the CMOS using the switch on the back of the motherboard. Alternatively, remove the CMOS battery and leave it out for a day.
