Hey there! Just changed the PC case and the system started up, but my games aren’t running smoothly. I’m confused about what’s going on and don’t know how to fix it. Any tips would be super helpful!

Ensure the CPU cooler is firmly placed on the CPU and all screws are secure. Improper seating can cause overheating and slow performance. Verify that BIOS settings are correct, especially the RAM speed.

I concur with mariushm. Please verify the cables and ensure proper cooling. The updated case might limit airflow even further.

PC specifications before: Intel i7-12700K, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, NVIDIA RTX 4090. Running games: Cyberpunk 2077 (~60 FPS), Elden Ring (~55 FPS), No Man's Sky (~50 FPS).
PC specs after: Intel i9-13900K, 32GB RAM, 2TB NVMe SSD, AMD Ryzen 9 7950X. Running games: Cyberpunk 2077 (~65 FPS), Elden Ring (~60 FPS), No Man's Sky (~45 FPS).
Games affected: Cyberpunk 2077 dropped from ~60 to ~55 FPS; Elden Ring and No Man's Sky saw noticeable drops.
