Hey there, I understand this was a challenging situation. My system only had Windows installed originally, and it automatically came with software. I’m facing several problems now, but the biggest issue is this. Recently, my computer kept crashing and behaving strangely. To try to recover, I performed a clean reinstall of Windows 7 Ultimate on my C: drive, leaving my other disks for files and games. After that, I’m encountering major difficulties with Adobe Suite and Office—both won’t open, and my game list isn’t showing up in the program manager. Do you know if there’s a way to refresh the installation or if I need to manually remove all those programs from my other drives so they appear again? Thanks for your help!

Absolutely, you need to handle each of them this way.

You don't have to remove it, just reinstall or apply the repair if available. For games, make sure the setup is correct.

Checking ensures the programs aren't placed back into the list.

Just set it up, no need to remove it. That’s a non-essential part.

Moved to Windows *** Most programs need a fresh setup. They generate registry items and files in the C:\Users directory that help them operate. For certain titles that rely on specific platforms (Steam, Origin, GOG Galaxy), you can simply reinstall the platform and redirect game locations. With Steam, it still requires installation but verifies files. With Origin, it only checks for files.
