The Perdition mouse software and driver won't function properly for key binding. Any assistance would be highly valued. I'm having to play with one hand because of a stroke.

The RedDragon gear and their software appear to have been developed in two completely separate environments, which might explain the inconsistent results. It might help if you check an older version of their app to see if it resolves the problem. I found a post on Reddit discussing this issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/MouseReview/com...tware_not/. For better understanding, please share your specifications in the following format: CPU, CPU cooler, Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, Chassis, OS, Monitor. Also include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. The BIOS version for your motherboard is important at this stage.

Regarding specs, this is the most I can gather.
Edit:
Unfortunately the reddit link is from 7 yrs ago. I thank you kindly for the help though.
