I just completed my PC build and it’s running, but whenever I attempt to install Windows it halts midway and the machine restarts. I removed all peripherals and it stopped restarting, though without them I can’t install on my SSD. With the keyboard plugged in, I manage about two minutes of installation, but using a mouse causes it to loop endlessly. I’ve tried changing keyboards and mice, but the issue persists. System details: CPU ryzrrn 3, 3100 GPU, 8GB RAM, GSKILL PSU 600W, 1TB SSD, Intel processor.

First, verify the USB is connected directly to the motherboard, not via the front ports. If the issue persists, regenerate the installation media using the media creation tool. Then replace the drive with another USB. You might need to update your BIOS or enable Windows 8 mode in the BIOS settings.
