Issues during the transition to Windows 10
I'm having trouble upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. It seems changing the language might be the issue. I switched from English to my native language in the control panel, but my apps are still disappearing during the update. Please let me know if you can assist.
No option exists to retain all files; they are displayed in a grayed-out state.
