You can access the BIOS settings. Staying there for 10 minutes may have different effects. The BIOS temperature readings are available if you check the relevant data. If staying in BIOS causes an OS crash, it could indicate a corrupted OS—consider using a Linux bootable USB as a backup option.
And considering the blocks on the CPU and/or GPU might be poorly secured and overheating could be another factor. @RockstaYT the liquid flow is fine, but overheating the GPU/CPU means it's not the issue. What waterblock models are you using for the GPU and CPU? We've seen some users install an EKwb (?) on a RTX 2000-series GPU incorrectly before. In one case, the thermal pads were placed improperly, leading to poor contact.
