You just assembled a computer. When you power it on for the first time, connecting the Windows USB 64-bit installer and clicking download triggers a freeze displaying the Aorus logo.

No, I did not adjust the BIOS settings to boot from USB prior to restarting.

Disconnect the power cord, let it sit for a moment, then reconnect it, switch the main power button on at the rear, and finally restore power at the front, ensuring each step is followed accurately.

Reset the CMOS as well. All modifications to the BIOS occur at the CMOS level.

I recommend resetting the CMOS by following ZMax's advice, and/or testing the RAM in various slots individually to determine if booting occurs.

I used F12 to access the boot menu prior to the logo showing. I selected Windows 10 USB and it became stuck in 64-bit mode. Now it freezes during Windows bootup.
