Hello, after resetting Windows several times to fix the issues, my computer has become very unstable. I’m currently stuck after resetting again, which prevents me from finishing my online school labs.

I’ve spoken with support, and they suggested these drivers might not load at startup. Still, the boot logs show multiple entries for missing files like dxgkrnl.sys and amdfendr.sy. Everything else looks normal, but the logs keep showing errors.

I’ve cleaned the drives, updated drivers, reinstalled them, run an SFC scan, performed a DISM restore, checked memory health, and everything seems fine. Yet, every boot still has these entries in the logs.

Could it be something other than driver problems? Also, if the issue isn’t related to drivers, why am I unable to access the lab section of my class on any browser on my PC?

Do you have the complete system specifications? Is a malware scan recommended for the system?

It has been a while, but if I had to redo a computer used in an online school, the owner would need to request an authorization link to allow PC access back to the school. It was typically sent via email. I haven’t done this in 15 years, so that’s all I can say. Don't know why drivers are being a hassle.
