I would clean your drivers using DDU, and then add new drivers from AMD's site.

Update! Start with the latest drivers first, then try one from March that matches the same issues. It also causes audio problems when freezing. I turned off XMP in BIOS for RAM but still face issues—maybe turn it back on later. My RAM is capped at 4800MHz, which is confusing how to fix. I replaced the GPU and RAM and the same problems persist. Usually this happens in games during animations like abilities or new map sections, though Spider-Man2 works fine. Also, my Task Manager shows nothing unusual.
