Hi everyone.
I tried to increase the clock speed of my Ryzen 1600 to 3.8ghz on an Asus Prime B350 Plus, but it didn't work. I then decided to focus on the RAM instead. Now my PC starts up but doesn't display video, and after switching off and turning it back on, it makes a strange noise. Any advice?

I have reset the CMOS and the buzzing sound is gone, though the video output remains absent.
