I began using the roblox fps unlocker to make better use of my 144hz display, and it functions well. The problems start after I stop playing and close the software. Strange black boxes show up in Steam chat, YouTube videos glitch during playback, movies and TV freeze completely when trying to fullscreen, games skip frames with extreme lag, and sometimes the desktop manager forces the GPU to use 100% iGPU. I’ve tried various fixes like throttling, overclocking with MSI Afterburner, and everything works normally until the unlocker is used. These issues persist even after both the program and Roblox are closed, and I’m worried it might damage my system if I keep using it.
