Issue with YouTube video playback

When I watch videos on YouTube, especially music, the volume sometimes drops. If I pause and play again, it usually returns to normal. It seems like this is unique to my experience, and I don’t have volume controls set to stay within safe levels. I’m trying to figure out why this happens.

I face the same issue, but only with certain videos. Occasionally the volume increases beyond its limits when using the volume slider.

The only solution appears to be turning on loudness equalization in Windows, though it may affect the sound quality. It looks like the problem originates from YouTube.
