I 'm facing an issue with a PC build and need some help . After assembling the PC and installing Windows 10 , we encountered a problem : the computer randomly stops displaying anything on the screen and appears to shut off , although the RGB and LEDs remain on , suggesting it 's idling . Roughly 5 minutes later , it reboots to the BIOS , and then the cycle repeats . Initially , we used a Radeon 5700XT , but the display would shut off before we could finish installing drivers . We then switched to integrated graphics , which worked flawlessly with no crashes . Assuming the issue was with the 5700XT , we replaced it with an NVIDIA 2080 Founders TI . With this card , we managed to install drivers , but soon after , the same problem occurred . . Temperatures checked post -boot seem normal . Despite repeated attempts , we can 't get past the crashing and idle state with either graphics card . Here 's the PCPartPicker list with our specs for reference.

Inspected the CPU socket for bent pins, verified the CMOS battery voltage, updated the latest BIOS, and tested using a single RAM stick.
