It could be that your computer isn't fast enough for a full gigabit connection. Let me check your specifications. Also, based on the screenshot you shared, your link speed appears to be 100 megabits per second instead of gigabits, which might explain why you're not experiencing full performance.

The motherboard model B250M-DS3H-CF supports this setup. I have an i7-7700 processor.

Have you experimented with another cable? Its length is how much? Which gadgets sit between your PC and the fiber link provided by your internet service provider?

Are you linked to both Ethernet and Wi-Fi? If yes, detach from Wi-Fi and confirm the connection speed is a full gigabit, not just 100 megabits.

I used a different machine in the same location as your original one, and it functioned at full speed. It worked at 10-12 meters—about 40 feet. No other device was in the middle; I made sure this isn’t my photo. I just loaded it for you to see how it looks.

You're confusing me. It seems like you're trying to explain something, but it's unclear. Also, the part about flipping the device and cables might be a misunderstanding. Let me know how I can help!
