one of my clients mentioned that the HDMI port was damaged. He also noted that when he reduces the resolution from 4K to 720p, the signal stops working. I’m not sure about this because I don’t have the console to check for issues. If anyone can help identify what might be wrong, I might be able to fix it since I’ve never owned consoles but know how to replace the HDMI port.
It's possible the pins in the HDMI port were shifted during damage. You might attempt to reposition them, but it's better to swap out the entire port.
