Hello, your PC setup looks correct. The SSD appears in Windows Explorer but not in UEFI boot options, which might be due to the NVMe configuration being set up under IO Ports -> NVMe. Check the driver or firmware version for Samsung 970 EVO to ensure compatibility. Let me know if you need further guidance!

Isn't it just another option? Consider swapping your secondary drive to a different SATA slot... they could be competing for the same bandwidth or even power supply, causing one to stop when the other is busy.

Ensure Windows is properly installed on the Samsung drive since you also have an additional SSD (MP510) with a Windows image. Adjust the boot order or priority to use the Windows Boot Manager on that Samsung drive.

The Windows 10 is running on the MP510 M2 SSD. The Samsung 970 EVO is an M2 SSD, and there are only two M2 SSD slots available on the motherboard. Moving them doesn’t affect anything.

The Samsung drive appears in the boot menu after enabling the CSM setting. This suggests a configuration change affecting boot options.

If no bootloader is installed on it then, and I might be wrong, it won't show as a bootable device in the UEFI.

It seems your Samsung SSD is functioning properly. The fact that it appeared after enabling the CSM suggests a successful update or configuration change.
