The issue stems from differences in how Windows XP and Windows 7 handle graphics performance. XP runs the game smoothly at full resolution, while Windows 7 struggles with lower FPS. Possible causes include driver updates, system resource allocation, or outdated settings. Checking drivers and adjusting graphics options might help.

Maybe you overlooked something in Windows 7. Have you updated your drivers on your Windows 7 computer?

Possibly lack of ram? XP uses less than a gig (I think about 600mb iirc) but windows 7 uses about 2 on idle. Which is 50% of your max. ram.

I added the following software to my Windows 7 x64 Ultimate system: graphics driver from geforce.com, .NET 4.5, and certain C++ redistributables.

Are the in-game settings identical? Check the posts for confirmation. If performance drops only marginally, it might still be frustrating. You probably won’t notice the difference between 55 and 60 frames per second.

This applies mainly when upgrading an XP PC to 7, since few modern systems run Windows 7 with just 2GB of RAM.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

1. Mobile phone use prevented accessing the quote feature.
2. Identical settings were applied.
3. On Windows XP it operated smoothly at around 30 frames per second, while on Windows 7 performance dropped to 15-17 fps.
How can I determine the DX version a 3D program is utilizing?

The mobile quote button must show up after clicking a post. Also, there needs to be an in-game option to adjust the API settings.

The quotes hold significance because they stand out even when there are few posts. The quote feature shows up only on mobile after you tap a post, making it noticeable for you.

It's important since quoting a post triggers a notification, eliminating the need to manually check back for responses.
