It seems like your system is having trouble staying stable after shutdowns. This issue has been ongoing for some time, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating.

I don't believe I can assist with your issue, but based on what I've heard, they see a "bug" as something they'd treat like an accessory.

Consider resetting everything by completely erasing and reinstalling Windows. Are there any hidden factors, such as system restore triggers, that might be affecting it?

I’m unsure about the steps for cleaning and reinstalling windows. I also don’t have much experience with system restore, so I’m not sure how it functions.

Ok This is a good time to learn! Key things to remember: Wiping your computer and reinstalling windows will delete all of your data including documents, photos, games and other programs. Make a backup, then test that you have sucessfully backed up anything you value.

Yes, it can feel overwhelming at first. Resetting everything often happens during setup, so be prepared for that process.
