I'm experiencing an unusual issue with my PC. Recently, random elements from Discord—like profile pictures—disappeared. When I tried Chrome, it didn’t work at all, and the taskbar didn’t respond. Opening programs by moving or resizing worked, but nothing else functioned. The Win+X shortcut failed, and after restarting, Windows Explorer took a while to load (5–10 minutes).

Things I've tried that didn't help: Restarting in Safe Mode with SFC scan.

It seems your device might have a malware issue. Consider executing additional antivirus programs besides Windows Defender and verify the status.
