Recently I changed my CPU motherboard RAM and reinstalled Windows from scratch. Now this issue appears and the system doesn’t recognize it. Additionally, my control panel isn’t loading properly in Ant.

You had to complete this task prior to updating your motherboard: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-re-ac...are-change Now it's too late—your Windows license is gone. You'll need to reach out to Microsoft support, explain the situation, and they should be able to provide a new key or reactivate Windows for you.

When prompted about the number of devices, respond with 1. This will disable the previous license and enable the new one.

Yeah, it functions identically. As long as you input the original key, it should operate correctly.
