Issue with Wi-Fi drivers not appearing on USB connection.
I am working on his brother's PC that he recently purchased. Everything is functioning properly, but the Wi-Fi isn't working. I installed the Wi-Fi drivers onto a USB and used pnputil via the command prompt to try installing them, but it keeps showing errors like: 'Failed to install driver package: Missing or invalid driver package specified' and 'Total driver packages: 0'. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
Can you tell me if copying them through USB and using File Explorer also fails?
