Occasionally when I power on my PC, the fans and liquid cooler light up very faintly. This happens randomly, usually after a few shutdowns and reboots, and they stay off until I restart the PSU. It’s been about three months since I’ve dealt with this issue. I’m not sure if it’s a bad connector or something else. No pin connectors seem to be the problem, as they work fine after a PSU restart. Any advice would be appreciated.

The issue likely stems from a power supply problem. It isn’t delivering stable voltage, causing the fans to behave erratically and forcing the PC to restart repeatedly.
