I connected my USB speaker to the motherboard via USB 2.0 and it didn't work, but devices like the mouse or keyboard did. When using USB 3.0 it functioned properly. However, if the speaker is plugged into the 2.0 USB port and doesn't work, removing and reinserting it resolves the issue. After about 5 to 6 hours of inactivity, the problem reappears if the computer remains off. When I unplug and plug it back in while the PC is on, it works again. The motherboard model is Asus TUF Gaming B660M-E. Someone can assist me with this?

The audio devices likely consume excessive energy when connected via USB 2.0.

However, the issue arises... When the USB is connected to the computer and the speaker fails, removing the USB and reattaching it works again. After 5 to 6 hours of inactivity, the same problem resurfaces if the computer remains off. Plugging it back in while the computer is on resolves the issue.
