I experienced a steady internal flaw where the underscan stays around 5 pixels across various displays and devices, including two different Macs, a Windows 11 laptop, and a Nintendo Switch. The issue started after recording with OBS on the Mac Mini while using macOS at a non-supported refresh rate. Updating firmware and performing a factory reset didn<|pad|>'s solution. The borders shift slowly over time and sometimes after adjusting monitor settings, but never surpass the 5-pixel limit. The problem continues during internal monitoring tests.
