You're experiencing issues with two older G.skill RAM sticks that are supposed to be 8GB at 3600 MHz. Despite booting into Windows and using the G.skill software (version 1.00.27), they remain unchanged. The HWinfo shows a module part number of "F4-3600C18-8GTZRX," which you're wondering might conflict with your ICUE software or indicate outdated hardware. Your setup video and screenshots capture the lighting setup and the static behavior now. It would help to investigate whether the RAM is still recognized by Windows, check for driver updates, or consider replacing the sticks if the issue persists.

I've faced the same problem before; reinstalling helped earlier. Also, I haven't encountered any issues with iCue at least for me.
