Issue with the Windows lock screen background.
It’s unusual you notice these issues only after a fresh Windows setup. Initially, the CPU was at full capacity and Task Manager didn’t respond. Now even basic changes like setting the lock screen background are stuck and take an eternity to load. I ran SFC/DISM checks but found no errors, suggesting the problem might be specific to my system. It seems like this has only happened to me recently.
