Hello, I just restored Windows on my computer and the browser as well. Everything functions properly except for YouTube, which isn't working correctly now. The time bar, pause button, and volume indicator are completely missing (refer to the picture). I reinstalled Chrome and even added Adobe Flash, which should work with HTML5. YouTube operates fine in Firefox. Besides the missing bar at the button, I also don't see banner ads anymore (the ads before videos play), and the view of related videos after a video ends is gone. Anyone have any suggestions or fixes for this? Thank you.

It seems the issue persists. Please try refreshing or restarting Chrome. If that doesn't work, consider restarting your computer.

It's intriguing. Consider reloading the page using YouTube's player if it might assist (CTRL+SHIFT+R)

Thanks! It was actually quite straightforward. However, after turning my computer back on, things still seemed odd. But it seems to be working now.
