Hi, I need some guidance. While browsing the internet, the screen suddenly went black with the keyboard and mouse lights off, then it restarted itself. When I checked the Event Viewer, there was a Kernel Power Error. I downloaded BluescreenView and noticed a DMP file just a few seconds before that. The error details were:

was windows installed freshly after changing the motherboard?
bios of the motherboard up to date?
pins of the motherboard socket were not bent while installing the CPU?
temperatures of cpu and gpu fine while under load?
check windows with dism commands
check ram with memory test
check hard drives and eventually update the firmware using the manufacturer’s tool, such as ADATA’s toolbox:
