The ram should be set to 3600 with the lowest possible timings for stable results. This adjustment greatly improves performance by reducing latency. If you achieve consistent speeds at lower timings, overall efficiency will increase. 4.4 offers single-core boost, similar to how Intel CPUs don’t run at full 5.3GHz on every core, while AMD CPUs also don’t reach their maximum boost across all cores. That’s why I recommend using auto, letting the CPU decide which cores need higher speeds and boosting them while others stay at 4.4–4.3.

He hasn't changed much in a while. Decomposition takes time, sometimes weeks or months. Don't worry and reassure him further.

1,51... Also, it seems the maximum recommended voltage is around 1.3. I don’t think anyone will reverse that CPU once you set it that high—since you didn’t run it long enough, the CPU should be okay. However, others suggest these CPUs perform best in auto mode, so you might prefer not to overclock them.
