Suddenly, the PC powers on from cold. When I power it down and attempt to restart, it sometimes makes a click, the sleep indicator stays off, and it ignores power button presses. I need to completely cut power (using the I/O button) before turning it back on. This suggests a problem with the PSU, not necessarily the internal components of the machine.
