Issue with the PC's performance
so i just completed setting up my pc and it’s not performing as expected. despite having a 6950xt with 12600k and 32gb gskill at 6000mhz, i’m not seeing the desired fps. the system feels sluggish even with medium settings in fortnite, and in minecraft at max settings without shaders, i’m only getting around 80 fps. my dp is connected and temperatures are normal. i suspect the issue might be related to slow fan speeds, though i’m open to advice. i have a 300mpbs ethernet connection and live in india.

Choose the appropriate CPU cooler.
Activate MCE during BIOS setup.
Install RAM in slots a2 through b2.
Set XMP support in BIOS configuration.
Correct installation of Msi coreliquid 360r and ram will allow the settings you requested to function properly.
