Windows blocked network changes due to settings conflict. I removed both Ethernet adapters in Device Manager and still faced issues. The VPN interface froze, ports weren't responding. I followed troubleshooting steps but encountered error code 56 and a frozen settings menu. Attempted USB connection, bios flashing, registry repairs, but nothing resolved the problem. Setting up the network without a computer remains impossible after four hours of effort.

Ensure your Ethernet/Wi-Fi adapter is visible in network settings and has drivers installed. Try these commands: netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset
