Issue with the mechanical keyboard column, keys 2, W, S, X, and Left ALT not working. Need assistance!
Keys 2, W, S, X, LeftALT aren't working. The issue began when the Left ALT light failed and continued for several days afterward. A factory reset didn't help. I disassembled the keyboard and noticed scratches on the PCB. These might be the cause. Are they repairable? Can I fix it myself? I have limited soldering skills but changed my mouse switches before.
Didn't include the keyboard's make and model. If you're still under warranty, I'd consider an RMA rather than fixing it yourself. It seems the board might have been used and repaired before, possibly with UV-reactive soldering mask.
Sorry, the device is from the KB: Redragon Draconic Pro K530 model and was purchased new, but it has already surpassed the warranty duration.
