You must be working with UEFI, not Windows. The system isn't running in UEFI mode, so you need to switch to it. Either reinstall Windows with UEFI enabled or use refind as the bootloader and check if Windows is recognized. If it doesn't appear, it confirms you're not using UEFI for Windows.
