Received a new boot drive using a USB fresh install. The system displayed an error: "We couldn’t create a new partition or locate an existing one for more information to see the setup log files." It seems there might be an issue with the partition setup. Double-check your installation steps and ensure all required tools are installed.

It seems there are two separate storage areas on the device containing data. To start from a clean slate and install Windows, you should remove the current partitions first to leave an unallocated space. If that isn't possible, adjust Partition 2 to make room for a new partition where Windows will be installed.

Thanks, I considered it as open space rather than a partition. It’s always about the basics.
